EZcollab

This document lists guidelines for using the EZCollab site of the Global Tobacco Regulators Forum (GTRF).

Purpose

The EZCollab site allows GTRF members to access information related to the GTRF’s areas of interest and engage in discussions with other members.

Disclaimers

The World Health Organization (WHO) makes the Global Tobacco Regulators Forum (GTFF) EZCollab platform available to registered users wishing to post content, and other users wishing to read and review posted content, for the purpose of managing information about tobacco product regulation in an interactive and collaborative manner.

Contributors (authors) are solely responsible for their contributions, and readers are solely responsible for the interpretation of the posted content. The views expressed on the GTRF EZCollab Website are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect those of WHO.

In no event shall WHO be responsible for the accuracy of information posted by any user on the GTRF EZCollab Website. WHO makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness or accuracy of any content posted on the GTRF EZCollab Website and shall not be held liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the participation in the GTRF EZCollab platform and/or the use of contributions. Dotted lines on maps represent approximate border lines for which there may not yet be full agreement.

Errors and omissions excepted, the names of proprietary products are distinguished by initial capital letters.

Subjects discussed in the EZCollab

The site is meant for discussions related to the vision and objectives of the GTRF as listed in the Terms of Reference. Members are encouraged to share market updates, regulatory updates and other related information. Members may also ask questions to WHO or other members; however, confidential/sensitive information should not be shared via the EZCollab site.

Any messages or discussions which bear no connection with the aims and goals of the GTRF may be removed by WHO.

Sensitive/confidential information

Do not post any sensitive/confidential information on the EZCollab site. For discussions of topics involving the sharing of sensitive/confidential information or materials, members are advised to utilise other means of communication that ensure confidentiality.

Sending of files

Members may send files (images, documents) and links. However, members are prohibited from sending executable files (.exe) or links to executable files. WHO may remove these messages/files to protect users from potentially malicious downloads.
